Don't know if you ever scored one, but I just bought one from somebody that camps out on this here forum!

His business name is Nu Kreations Kustom Signs. Nice logo & nice price.

If he hasn't seen your request as of yet, email me for his contact information.

You can also buy new a Ludwig head with the vintage logo for a good price. Interstate Music had the best price last time I checked.

Kits:
1950s Gretsch Name Band in Midnight Blue Pearl (13/16/22/14sn)
1965/66 Ludwig Club Dates rewrapped in Black Diamond Pearl (12/15/20)

From section2

The problem that I have with the new Ludwig vintage logo head is that they're based on the smooth white single ply head that's kind of a translucent milky-white color.

I prefer to buy the Ludwig 'heavy' coated batter head (10 mil) and apply an aftermarket vintage logo; looks better and the coated head sounds better to my ears.

I've found that www.drumsonsale.com has the complete line of Ludwig OEM heads.

I've had good luck with the 6-1/2" vintage Ludwig logos from Franklin Mott on Ebay.

Hope this helps.
