This is more of an info/follow up/putting it to rest post more than anything else. After much research and running into many dead-ends and brick walls, I have finally come to the conclusion that my kit, 22-13-16 no name, no badge, no nuttin' to ID it, that these are akin to LaBoz, and LaBoz is a Star stencil, using some hardware not usually found on other Star stencils.
1) Cymbal mount
2) Lugs on all drums
3) Floor tom legs and mounts
4) Tom mount and pole, base and screws
5) The StickSaver hoops
6) The shells, which, between Star and Pearl, look different is these old, thin 3s with re-rings
6a) The bass T-rods are not original and are mismatched on my WMP, all of which seem to have been replaced with generic Pearls I don't have enough Star inserts to exchange them but I think I do have enough Star Ts
The following link is to our sister site and shows some of these parts, and should match anything you see between them.
After all these months of searching and falling flat, this time I am fairly certain it is indeed a Star kit. All the evidence seems in-line and I am simply tired of researching it so I will just settle on Star and leave it at that. Anyone that has any irrefutable evidence can keep it, I'm done. (jk)
