Yes.... I have

These were made by artisan and master cymbal-smith, Professor "Omar The Magnificent". Here's a very rare video made by the professor himself demonstrating a pair of early prototypes created when this line first came out:

I saw one unanswered question on them on Cymbalholic from 2005 otherwise there's not much else. Why do you ask?

Only reason I ask is that I bought this Pearl Export kit that had 2 Omar crash cymbals and a set of Omar hi hats. I did some further research and found out the company produced cymbals in the US from 1968 to 82 before they went out of business.
