Sky Blue Or Wmp???
Looks to be 70s Ludwig WMP to me. Also, I like the BDP strip below the task bar as well. If this site gets any classier, I might just hurl...

1970 Ludwig Jazzette

Good idea. Although storing data like this in a cookie isn't following the standards for what to store in cookies (but not everybody follows standards). More likely you need to clear your cache and/or temp files. I know what those file types are used for, but not what the interface level of different browsers call them. That's the trouble with only knowing low level design stuff and not the user level.
A control-R (hold down control while pressing R) might do it. That is a fairly standard keyboard shortcut for a "Reload Page". Do it while you are viewing Vintage Drum Forum because it is specific to the page you are on. x-mas3
