The odd rack tom looks like a re wrapped Ludwig club date... And yeah, they look like Pearl's. Do they have a badge? I didn't see one in the pictures.

Ditto the pot metal that looks like a section of the foot pedal.

Thunder King was a Pearl model, as illustrated and as the seller states:

That said, one tom does look Club Datish, and there are a couple of unrelated pieces by Slingerland.

I think the only Beverley in this remains the front kick head.

As all toms (including the 'strange' 12" rack tom) look in a matching wrap, it appears to be refurbished.

675 bucks for that kit? I don't live in America, but wouldn't even pay the half for it ... The half of the half would be my - utmost - price idea.;)

Yeah - I'd say the price is definitely high, even if the kit were 100% original, (which it isn't). Too high for a Japanese stencil kit.

nice looking kit with a fab wrap, i would try and knock them down to approx 400 ucks!! good luck and let us know how you get on ??

The center lug tom is a Pearl "Valencia" and its not original. I do not think its been rewrapped, because the most common color for the pearl stencils was Blue Sparkle. My set of Pearl Valencias is also Blue Sparkle.

Dude $675 for that set is insane. the most you should pay for that is around $300. For $675 you can get a quality Slingy, Ludwig or even a Rodgers.

The odd mounted tom has VERY odd lugs.One Club Date lug and the others are strange "long Club Date" .The Valencia's on the guide have Slingy center lugs.CALLING O-BOP.........
