That's a '57 era old stamp, type IVb. It still has value despite the mis-shapen bell hole. Orphaned 14" cymbals like that go for around $200.

K. Zildjian Constantinople, probably from the 1930's The writing on the back of the bell says the same thing only in Latin script.

I've seen a few of these. I don't hink these ever really caught on as evidenced by the relatively short time period in which they were made.
