I am not a drummer, and no next to nothing about drums. However, my son plays percussion in his middle school band and is interested in learning to play on a kit. I recently picked up an old Remo PTS kit at a garage sale. The heads all seem to be in decent learning shape, and the shells aren't cracked or anything. But, there a number of the tension clips missing from the toms and the kick drum.
Do you happen to still have any of these, or know where I might locate some? I have contacted a couple local music stores, with no luck. And, no luck on eBay or Craigslist, either. I called Remo and spoke with someone in customer service. That appears to be a dead end - after several calls and emails, I have yet to hear back.
This is a shot in the dark I know. Thanks in advance,
