    Just became the proud owner of a 1964 Ludwig "Downbeat' set complete (5 digit serial 's). 35 years in storage. Fantastic condition BUT...the supraphonic 400 (red felt muffler with baseball bat throw off) is pitted on the shell only. Does it lower the value to dechrome and/or rechrome?
