Very Nice. The lugs look like DW or Camco.

Camco got/bought the design from George.
DW got/bought it from Camco.

A beautifully simple drum design. GREAT.

That's what I was thinking. Just wasn't sure who bought from who and in what order.

What a beauty,... those are such fine drums,...!

I have the Walnut version sans the tone control,...

How do you like the sound ?

I have a Remo Fiberskin 3 on top tuned low,... very open, warm sounding snare drum,... perfect for brushes or rods.

I love that snare !

PS: I could be wrong but it looks like you have the bottom strainer part installed the other way around,... was that on purpose?

The drum sounds amazing ...I use coated Ambassador on top and hazy snare on bottom. No thas how it was when I got it yesterday. This was an eBay find on Monday listed as a Ludwig weather master snare db700. Going to be by main go to snare sounds that good.
