Finish is in very nice condition and the kit has been thoroughly inspected and lightly cleaned, but there is some pitting light rust on hardware. Additionally, the top bearing edge of the 12" tom is imperfect, not unheard for Ludwig's quality standards during this time period. The drum still tunes up well and sounds great though.
The bass drum had newer Ludwig spurs installed and the new holes are apparent; replacement original style spurs have been installed in the original holes.
Wrap seams are lifting.
Snare drum has some scratches and has original heads and wires (which are in fair condition).
