I use a flathead screw setup like Jammin Sam's it puts kind of a taper flare then I turn the setup around and put the washer and nut inside the shell and squeeze it down, looks real clean.

Drumbum, if you search the net, I'm the only one who makes exact repro Slingerland grommets.
