Default Hopefully you can tell me info. VINTAGE RARE SIGNED CYMBAL

Hoping to have your help once more. Please take a look at the photos and if possible tell me anything you can. I have a few similar cymbals that I have found to compare to just need an experts opinion.

Thank you,

Amber

What I'm worth? That's incalculable. Priceless even.

But as for the cymbal.......what size is it?

The grommet in the bellhole tells me that this is an orphaned marching band cymbal. This means its a heavier type than a drum set type. That translates into less interest. In this size it's the drum set players that would be your market. Drummers will buy the heavier ones and adapt them for use as hi-hats. But unfortunately this size is too small for that. So I think you be doing well if you could get somebody to pay you $100 for this piece. Comparables are essentially non-existent, so would be an estimate. There's just not a much of an interest in the smaller and heavier ones like this.

If you had a 16" or larger it would be a completely different story. But keep fishing around...maybe you'll find one.
