Default Ssb gretsch for 40s gretsch shellpack

Thanks for looking - but I've decided to take the drums off the market for now.

I am looking for shells here in the "Wanted" forum but I'll try here too.

I'd be willing to sell them for $1500 Canadian about $1130usd

I will negotiate shipping

This is what I have.....
Four drums all stained in a close match to Gretsch Burnt Orange...….
1949 24 inch bass drum, 1947 13 rack tom and 16 floor tom and a 1938 6.5x14 Superstructure snare. All orphaned drums, NO extra holes with most of the original hardware - missing pieces replaced by era correct.

This is what I will trade for......
3 Gretsch Stopsign badge shells with hardware...…
The finish on the 3 drums is not important - can be from same set or orphans - I'm refinishing them.
The drums have to have the original or era-correct hardware including the Stopsign Gretsch badges.
I need a 14 inch tom
a 20 inch bass drum
and a snare drum - anywhere from 4 to 6.5 inches deep

Yes, the drums are not perfect there is some flaws in the outer ply or the floor tom and rack tom but nothing major and does not affect the sound or look.

These drums are a PERFECT candidate for wrapping in a gorgeous wrap - its what I was going to do but left them unfinished because they look so nice as they are - old and rustic looking in a way.

Thanks for looking - and I want to thank those who have contacted me to chat about my drums and their drums - it's all good in the world of vintage drums.
Appreciate it.

I've decided to take the drums off the market for now. I'm looking for a LOCAL buyer.
