I also have dealt with Tom 4 or 5 times. Good experience every time.

I've done 5/6 transactions with Tom over the years and he's always been fairly priced, shipped on time and the items were as described. Never had a problem with the man.

If he has screwed people over, then best to avoid dealing with him. It has not been -my- experience with him though.

I bought from Tom last year, and made it known to him that I had read some bad reviews about him. He assured me that, that was all in the past. I paid and took a chance, and the drum showed up, well packed, and in wonderful condition. I can only comment on my experience with him, and it was excellent!
The only bad experiences I've ever had in over 20 years was with James Anzelone of Pittsburgh and would never deal with him again.
I agree with Tommy P, it's down to you whether you are prepared to take the chance or not when you know there may be problems ahead! Only you can make that decision.
