Update
Hello all, just wanted to let you guys know what's going on around here. I'm still in the condo, Cathy's son has agreed to let me stay here as long as I pay mortgage and condo fee. I'm not sure how long, but at least for now, I have a place to live. That being said, I miss Cathy, it's just not the same around here, I'm not use to living alone. I'm still hoping she will return. I haven't seen her for a few weeks, only able to talk on the phone. We had a some bad weather last week, 6-8 inches of snow in a three day period and we lost power for nearly two days. If anyone knows about San Antonio, that's unusual weather for us.
I'm still working at Walmart, but it's tough as I get older, we're suppose to get a good raise in March which will help. I'm still feeling depressed, some days worse than others, but I'm trying to stay positive. Life has changed so much in a short period of time, before this happened, all I was thinking about was drums and playing, then after, all I think about is money and how to get by without Cathy. I still haven't picked up the sticks, I haven't had a chance to play the kit I got from Robyn, btw, she has really helped me through this, we talk regularly and I enjoy our conversations. Anyway, that's about it, I'll get through this and hopefully some day I'll feel like my old self. Thanks. Last edited by johnnyringo; 02-23-2021 at 01:45 PM. |
