Default Praise for burgundy!

The Ludwig mallet which I ordered from burgundy has arrived and it's a beauty! The price was very reasonable and the shipping lightening fast! Thanks, Mike!

I wanted to leave positive feedback for Chris (member: chrislehberger)

I bought a 70's Ludwig Super-Sensitive from him and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The drum is clean as a whistle, plays great (after I tuned it to my taste,) and it was packed perfectly. Well protected during shipment. I give Chris an A+ highly recommended seller.

Thanks Chris! I'm a happy camper.

John

A HUGE thank you to our fellow-member, surface! I recently sought out some Ludwig Mickey Mouse wing bolts I needed to complete a few flat base stands I am working on. Nevin certainly came through! He sent me pictures, responded at great length to my questions and never lost patience with this Ludwig novice! Thank you ,sir!!!

Definitively superb feedback for slapstick. Very nice person. Thanks, Mr. T. for that little great snare drum.

I didn't have the best transaction with FloydZKing. Not a huge deal as it wasn't a high dollar purchase, thankfully. Started out fine, but didn't receive all the parts agreed upon. I received an apology with a promise that the correct parts would be in the mail the next day. Two+ weeks later and radio silence.

Hi, Vater, I know this is not on topic, but I see that you're in Charles Town, WV. The band I was in ~1980 or so used to play at a club called The Golden Horseshoe. It was near a horse track, if I remember correctly. Ever heard of it? Just curious if it's still there (the building, anyway).

It's still there! I live 10 minutes from it. Was it a strip club when you played there? Because it is now...

Haaaa! No, it was like a disco dance club.....huge dance floor, but tiny stage. The club owner had a house for the band to stay in during the gig, which was usually 4-5 nights.
