Re-assembling a Camco #800 Hi hat -Help!
I've lost the pictures that I took this past Summer of the disassembly of this old 60's Camco Hi Hat. I can't remember where the fibre hose piece is supposed to go. The hose definitely won't fit in the upper tube and when I place it as shown, it seems to want to catch on the lip of the open spring slot when releasing the pedal. Do I have this aligned properly or is the rod with the threads backwards?
Please help or confirm. Thanks! -Kurt
