Early Rogers bread and butter 5 line dynasonic lug issues

Hopefully this is the correct thread for this Hey all, I have early bread and butter dynasonic that the lugs unfortunately are all cracked badly and broken clip plates on the inside. I ordered some of the reissued snare lugs however the holes on the snare themselves are 2 different sizes which doesn’t allow the lug insert to fit in the bottom hole closest to the reso edge. Did I grab the wrong lugs or what’s my best bet? Thanks!
