Hi my 22" WFL bass drum, which has two sets of lugs like the super classic, also has two sets of retractable spurs with the point on one end and the rubber tip on the other - which I understand are Club Date spurs. I'm not sure why the drum is set up like that but I don't believe there are any other holes for other spurs so it must have been set up that way from the get go (I'm slightly short on detail as I have bought the kit based on photos but am yet to take delivery).
It appears that one or two of the rubber feet are missing from the retractable spurs, (which look to be the same model as the ones on the floor tom legs?) and I was wondering if anyone knows if it's still possible to buy the same or similar rubber tips, or should I just head to the hardware store? |

Those spurs came on mosy Club Dates, but they are not exclusive to those. I've had those on several Super Classic drums. Here is where I buy mine:

+1 with what Mike says above! I've purchased from this seller before and these are exactly what is needed for many Ludwig and Slingerland parts, such as spurs and floor tom legs. Those included washers are perfect to keep the pointed spurs from going through the rubber. I'd message the seller to see if he ships to Australia.

Thank Mike and Mark,
Good to know that you've also had those spurs on your Super Classic drums - and those tips are exactly what I'm looking for. I'll message him and hopefully he'll be able to ship to Australia. |

Unfortunately it doesn't look like he will ship to Australia and for some reason it's not possible to message him either. I'll see if I can get my friend in NY to take delivery for me...

Managed to buy them from the seller and get them shipped to my friend in Brooklyn who will forward them in to me here in Melbourne. Thanks again for putting me onto to them.

Excellent! I just ordered tips for both floor tom legs and Slingerland flush base stands. Even when not being used, the tips for the flush base stands tend to split after awhile. Always nice to have spares on hand!

While it looks like you have a solution, I also needed replacement tips for my club date kit. I found a most inexpensive solution. I found black rubber tips of the right diameter at a big hardware store and also found tiny little/perfect washers which I pushed into the rubber tips. It worked. It was cheap. I am happy.
