Default Leedy. 1920's snare.

Hi. I was able to salvage what I believe to be a 1920's Leedy snare. I got it out of the neighbors curbside trash.
It measures 12" x 14". The metal Leedy badge is still on it, and it matches the badgefor the 1920's. All hardware appears to be intact, but is a bit rusted. The wood is in excellent condition! The bottom skin is torn. Would this be considered a marching snare? Also should I attempt to clean up the rusted hardware, or leave it as is.
I have pictures, but have not figured out how to post them.
Any info about this type of drum would be appreciated. Thank you
Edit * I was able to post pics in the User CP

Hi there,

Here is a tutorial on how to properly post pics here on VDF...You may need to resize them to fit within the Forum`s size restrictions...
