Finally picked up my drum. Got it home and looked it over. It definitely needs a little TLC to get it back to sounding good. Here are some pics of it.

It is in good shape. Just needs a light cleaning.

It does have calf heads right now. The batter head has glue residue that I need to figure out how to clean off and I want to re-seat the heads. Any tip on conditioning the heads?
