Default Rare Japanese vintage drums I can't find any info on- anyone??

I discovered a vintage Japanese drum set with the brand "Gusto" on them. I can't find any info on them anywhere. Has anyone heard of these???

Um - yeah - this guy who is askin'....he's the man to ask about MIJs....perhaps the best authority on those on this forum.

This Gusto snare is for sale in my area for $25. Any idea if it’s worth?

It's definitely worth $25. Are there more drums? I have never seen that finish.

+1!! I'd jump on that for $25! A very unusual color. Also, the lugs and hoops suggest Hoshino, but I can't say 100 percent.

As to the "Gusto" name, probably just another name chosen by the importer. You never know why they chose the names they did!
