Are the sizes 22,16,13,12 and is the 20" also marked with a number?

Are you sure about the dates you bought them?

During the early 1970's, the Camco company was still located in Chanute Kansas.
The earliest your drums could have been manufactured is 1973. The "729" serial number puts your drums even a couple of years later, 1975-1976 presumably.
