Default 1964 Slingerland kit on CL

Hi guys,

I have no interest in Slingerland drums, but I saw this on the local CL.
San Luis Obispo, CA (central coast, midway between LA and SFO). Anyhow, this is the first quality vintage kit I've seen in a long time on this CL, so I thought I'd forward it along to the Slingerland buffs, .

Enjoy, Marty Black

The marching drum conversion to floor tom looks very good except for the generic or Pearl leg mounts. It would be a good deal for the three WMP drums with the splash cymbal and pedals at $500. Most of us vintage nuts don't care about the Pearl snare drum.

That bearing edge on the 14" looks like a roller coaster.

The seller is a member here. Here's one thread featuring the kit. http://vintagedrumforum.com/showthre...light=cl+score

I wouldn't be so quick to say that. The wrap is trimmed in a wavy line. If that's all that it is, the counter hoop hides that.
