Default Vintage Drumming

Hello Drumming People
I just saw this video on youtube called << Drum Battle Atsuki vs Atsuki>>.
And a whole new world opened before my eyes. What is this kind of drumming ? Is it Big Band back from the 30s ?
I love how the drums ( on the left mostly ) sound, the tuning, the sizes and the thing that guy plays. And most of all the Bass drum, that sound Is what I am looking for. So please if anyone knows any information concerning, the drums, the tuning, the style, the heads and where I can find more of this, tell me
Kind Regards Hercules
P.s here's link to that video :

That's definitely old school drumming.
Those drums look like they're from the 30's or 40's, probably have calf skin heads. That's a cool video.

Absolutely loved it. I really like the throw back style. IMHO I Am so tired of hearing and seeing drummers that play a double bass like it is a machine gun and "speed fills"
