Hi all, I have a Leedy set date stamped 48 inside the bass drum. Floor tom is a 50's tenor drum 12 x 15 with oval badge and mahogany interiors. The bass drum is 14 x 24 and the rack tom is 9 x 13. Both these drums have painted white interiors. Does anyone know what the wood is? It's difficult to know because it's painted.
Many thanks. |

OK, I've cropped the image to make it smaller. Now hopefully it uploads. If not then I give up.

Thanks for the info. I was uploading from my phone and I don't have any any on my phone that allow me to resize images. I can crop them, that's about it. I'll remember in future, but more importantly I would like to know more about those Leedy shells.
