Frank Gault Historical References
Frank Gault (founder of the legendary Frank's Drum Shop in Chicago) was my grandfather. He not only owned a drum shop that was central to the drum industry in the 1900's, but played trombone with dixieland bands in the south prior to that.
I'm interested in old photos of him with drummers, musicians and other industry leaders prior to his sale of the drum shop to Maurie Lishon. I'm also looking for other written references about him and his history with the music industry. I have a copy of Franks for the Memories and Issue 3 of the Traps Magazine. Thanks, Rick Gault |

There is one photo on the vintage drum guide under the collection of Jake Jerger.
