I have a Star Imperial marching snare with the same type shell, thick shells with re-rings and no paint on the inside of the shell.
My Perfect Percussion Tama's don't have the re-rings and are painted grey inside (probably from the Royal series). This one is probably from the old Imperial series from Star.
