Looks like the series RED SOUND produced by the Italian manufacturer UFIP. According to Pinksterboer (The Cymbal Book, p166) these are B8 and budget level rather than professional. The way the description is written makes it hard to pin down the production years. Seems like maybe later 70s because Pinksterboer says "before the B8 Kashian series (1980)" and "Prior to the Kashians UFIP made a series of low-budget cymbals under the name Red Sound". But it's a bit unclear and if you really wanted to know you might have to email UFIP to check up on that.
