Re: Kit Made of marching snares (as toms) and marching bass drum???

I build at least one of these a year. I have used a 16" shell before and just stained it like the rest. I added wood hoops and brass tension rods. 15" floor works as well. It's a very satisfying...

Re: Quarantine Jellybean

Any Red, Green, Turquoise or orange sparkles would look great as a FT or snare to complete the kit.

Everything points towards Pearl. Should be a fine specimen when cleaned up. All the hardware matches with center lugs and all. Sweet deal.

Re: Rogers Silver Sparkle

He's not stupid, he knows what it's worth. Sweet kit and i know that Drumbob wouldn't pay more than $700 but i would go to $1000 with that snare providing that it is original.

Re: Need recommendation for a set of drum silencers

Or go the Ringo way with some fabric on top of the drums. Cheap and accessible and you can toss them in the corner when more volume is needed.

Re: Kent Vibratone Snare Drum

Cool looking drum, probably would sound pretty good. I would re-finish it and keep it on the snare shelf to play it every now and again. Like this little 10 lugger MIJ drum that i just finished.
