Thanks guys. So nothing has changed since my days. In 35 years of playing I've never used mufflers in my drums except the bass drum so don't take my description of what I like too literally.

The receipt is from 22/11/79 , and I seem to remember that the snare was not in stock and I had to wait a few months before it arrived on my doorstep.

And I almost forgot, there's a COB round badge snare as well in pristine condition.
Left over from my first Gretsch set, a champagne sparkle 18-12-14 which I bought in Denmark in 1966. Sadly enough...

There's no logos on the cymbal and no other stamps that I can find under the grime.
