Watch Ebay. I have seen a couple pairs of hoops with the oyster black inlay there in the last month or so. You may have to purchase 2 hoops but it doesn't hurt to have a spare hoop.

For the full Ringo vibe, it would also need the Rogers tom mount among other things.......... but no way would I want to drill that bass drum to add to this set :)
