The badges are foil stickers rather tin or brass
so I think they are late 60's early 70's at very oldest
The Gretsch cloned lugs are similar to those found on Del Ray, Rocket,...

Salty I have been doing internet searches for Star made Tempo kits like yours for a few years those seem to be pretty rare and another example of what began as a Star label and later became a Pearl

Star made clear acrylic 5 pc but no snare
bass drum hoops have been changed
and some of the rods on the batter side
Boy were those two toms...

To me based on what I have on my floor tom those lugs do look authentic
I have not seen that type of leg bracket but the wing bolt on it does look like...

I have the white onyx cx kit also and had no problems that way
but my beautiful crisp white onyx wraps started to develop an odd discoloration
they were not exposed to sunlight or smoke or anything...
