Re: Rogers at Gig

I have a 12 for both of my kits, but I've gotten use to using a 13,16 with either my Ludwig 22 or the Rogers 20. I have to admit though, the Ludwig kick has the boom I prefer.

Well, I finally took the Rogers out, my guitarist absolutely loves the finish, even with the cracks.Cool1
The kit sounded as they should, like a Rogers. I have clear dots on all the drums, however,...

Re: Vintage Drumming

That's definitely old school drumming.
Those drums look like they're from the 30's or 40's, probably have calf skin heads. That's a cool video.

Re: I Have Two Kits

Ha, that front head came with the kit. I'm buying a coated Ambassador and getting a black Rogers logo sticker this week. Then it will be ready for our Friday gig. I'll probably use the Ludwig...

I Have Two Kits

I'm not a collector of fine drums, it never really interested me to own more than I need. I can't even decide which kit to use at our next gig. They both sound great and don't look to shabby on...

Sonor Drums

I'm interested in this Sonor teardrop kit in a wmp finish. The kit was professionally re-wrapped. I think they have the 6ply beechwood shells. The owner said he would sell for $750. Is that a good...

Ludwig For Trade

I'm offering up my Ludwig kit in a red sparkle finish. They are all the 3ply shells, the 12, 13, 22 have the b/o badge with the clear interiors, the 16 is a keystone badge with the white interior and...

Re: Ludwig Gig

Thanks, they are nice, so nice that I'm no longer selling them. I was trying to get enough money to buy a Rogers eagle badge kit, but these sound too good to let them go. Besides, deep down, I'm a...

Re: Ludwig Red Sparkle Drums

I'm confused to why there is no interest, is it because the 16 is a keystone badge? Like I said, the price is negotiable.

Re: 1961 Slingerland? Help needed

So, you think he could potentially get $900 for the whole kit? I seriously doubt that, the snare may be worth $300 on it's own, but he'd be lucky to get $300 for the rest of the kit.

Re: 1961 Slingerland? Help needed

Re: Any ideas regarding this Ludwig Kit?
