The only two things I know of is the Camco lug is heavier gauge and weighs twice as much with better Chrome plate.

The other is that Camco has a spring inside and DW has a plastic stop.

When I look at a K I turn it over and it's not the sig I look for, anyone can repro that,...I look at the edges, The edge hammering looks K, not many can do that.

In that last picture showing the sig. I'll be damned if that is not made in Turkey. That looks like a K or made by someone that used to work at K.

Not saying it is Made in Turkey,...but it sure...

That's the same kind I had. It's early/mid 80's. I miss mine because I have a set up now and using the original non SONOR HH from parts unknown that I got. I want another one.

I chose one time at Jacks (80's), ...Pearl or Yamaha,...I picked the Yamaha over the Pearl even though the Pearl was less $$$

You couldn't Nuke this thing....But you could lower it way more than...

This one is 1971, it has all of your trim only it is acrylic. Yours should range from late 60's (?) or from early 70's. Sometimes their is a date stamp inside. Yours should be one of the original...

It's an earlier one. I believe it would have a foil stick-on badge. But ya, it's a Fibes and looks all factory to me.

While you have the heads off, it also makes sense to run a white candle along the bearing edges. It really helps with tuning. The head wont skip over, it will slide easy.

I recommend Beeswax. Natural beeswax, it will go on wet, and dry as if you did nothing. Even after several coasts, which I also recommend, it will appear that you did nothing but if you throw water...
