Re: 1964/1965 Ludwig set in white wrap?

Like this, drumr69 put up. It`s doable with auto touch up paint from autozone. Probably $40 worth of spraypaint.

Re: 1964/1965 Ludwig set in white wrap?

Duco would probably be cheapest exterior finish and a quart of Ben Moore flat would do insides.

Re: 1964/1965 Ludwig set in white wrap?

If there were side views we could see better what`s there and it`s condition. Nuf Ludwig trim to do like kurt says, make decent Ludwig players kit out of it.

Re: What's with the insane asking prices on Reverb?

A Phonic stencil kit priced higher than the Phonics they pretend they are ? Insane fits.

Re: Scratches on a Supra

There are auto products for chrome trim/bumpers that can mask them and prevent them from rusting.

Re: Old Man Rant: Something I hope never happens to drums.

Older does not mean better all the time. A 20`s BB sounds like **** to my D-505. And although I love the sound looks of my Phonics, a modern SQ-2 system just blows them away in performance.

Re: stereo help needed- ext spkrs

I agree with Ludwig Dude, Buy powered speakers they won't send anything back to the unit.

Re: Ludwig psychedelic red wrap, free to take away

See how fast that went, many want a matching snare. Good on you for the opportunity to help other drummers.

Re: Need Help identifying ludwig black panther set?

Somebody had to do it. And it`s better that it was you Ludwig Dude. The more they got closer the worse I felt about them for this guy.

I like single head drums, I've played others tom-toms but I`m all exclusive C-Tom.

Re: Some of my other drums / percussion.

I can make two sets of my 4 rack C-Toms. Four go in two cases.

Why Country of origin are they ?

Re: Forgot The Name Of Those Attachment Things.

It`s called a thingamajig. Or Booty shaker, or Flex frame, I can`t think of any other Isolator names. We last discussed the booty shaker.

Re: Identify this clamp

Tilt converter with the joint missing. You will probably need to use thickness and other dimensions to figure out who`s.

Re: My 1st Gretsch Round Badge kit!

I think it`s an early 60`s or before because you can see the diamond plate fasteners. Something like a Name Band Kit,..those were great quality.

Re: trixon snare problem--need help

What works for me is to set up snare tight, kick the BD drum while turning down the throw adjuster until buzz stops. Hit drum harder.
