Re: MIJ Fans

I'm going to use them mainly in the practice room and take them out occasionally to certain gigs. I've had several MIJ kits so I know they can sound good. I think this is a Majestic.

Re: MIJ Fans

I offered him $150, I think he'll take it.
I dig the offset lugs and smaller sizes, so I don't see how I could go wrong for that price.

MIJ Fans

I found this MIJ kit on cl, the wrap had been removed and was painted. The seller is asking for $300, but said he'd take $225. Deal or no deal? Thanks.

Re: Let's see your drum room!!

My temporary drum room is my living room following a long gig. My permanent drum room is 5.5 miles from our condo in a storage unit, nothing spectacular, but I get to work on my chops between shows.

Here's a1965 Leedy kit in a very rare fiesta pearl finish. The drums are in great condition. There are minor cracks on floor and kick. It's missing muffles and rail mount.

Re: Leedy Experts

I was offered this kit for one of mine, just wanted to make sure it had the same value. I put mine at $1,200-1,300, so judging by what I've seen it wouldn't be a good trade.

Re: Leedy Experts

Is that a big deal? Enough to make it only a $700 kit?

Leedy Experts

I'm interested in getting this clean Leedy kit in a bdp finish. I think it's from 1965 and all original. Any ideas of a fair price? Thanks.

What do you mean by "Won", like in a lottery, or you were the highest bidder? If that's the case you didn't win it, you just payed more money than the other guys or gals. If you got it free, great...

This actually isn't my kit, I'm doing this for a friend.
As far as tweaking my drums, it doesn't take me long to get my sound, slap coated Ambassadors all around with a little muffling on kick and...

Re: Another WMP Ludwig

Thanks, but they have yellowed a little, but I like it. The one thing I don't like is that the 13,16 edges were professional re-cut. The good news is they still sound like Ludwig drums.Cool1
