Ok we are not saying that option did not exist ,
We are just stating the way we appraised drums today is based on the cat and the accuracy of the information present , color, badges and materials...

Because there was no quality control the badges do not continue as one would think they should
I knew I guy who worked at Slingerland they throw out so many shells daily from mistakes most still...

I always have even as a teen in the 60’s used my cats as a reference
it’s the only way to document what we have ....and to dream of what we want or wanted and still covet lol

Iíve acquired some cats from the 70ís
1975 Ludwig and premiere and 71 Ludwig
The 75 has all the vistas in there
premiere has the resonance kit with a air chamber between the plies and the detail...
