Re: Coronet LOVE

Some music stores as well, i remember drooling over a butcher block Ludwig kit at Marazza music when i was a kid and they have had quite a few (then new) MIJ kits with Japanese cymbals.

Re: This is the Display Your MIJ Drums Thread

I picked up this Baxter 4 pc. with original heads. The leather wrap on it was in bad shape. I had some leftover WMP wrap that was sleeping on the shelf.

Re: tie dye kit in the makings

Print these, they look cool and they are generic. Also, you need to get yourself a hi-gloss clear plastic 4'x 8' sheet cut to size for each drum. I get mine from a local shop for $20 each to cover...

Re: Paint product for Slingerland chocolate milk interior?

1975 Rogers Big R

This 1975 kit needed love so i made some wrap to dress it up. The shells are like new but the wrap was falling off the shells. I dressed it up and it sounds so fat and big and looks good too.

You can find brass single tension rods online that will fit this common sized drum. No drilling or butchering a nice drum.

Old Rogers all dressed up

These shells were perfect other than the white wrap in less than poor condition.
I decided to bring them back to life with home made wrap. Turned out pretty good.
