The US screw is a #10-24 x 1/4". That's a #10 screw, 24 threads, and it's 1/4 inches long.
I have replacements of the screws and washers. PM if interested.

If you mean it keeps coming apart...try using a little thing called an "e-clip" you'll probably need 1 for each side...I had one pedal that was like that...I've had others where I can't get the pin...
