Yes, I think you are right, sir. From what I have researched, this is not an isolated example. I suppose the bottom line is, if you like the sound and the look of the drums, it really doesn't matter...

I have a Tempo kit with the typical black oval badge with "World's Supreme Quality" below the name. It is definitely made by Star. I believe that Tempro is a Pearl stencil. Back in the day, line...

First of all, a thanks out to Oddball's first reply. Couldn't agree more! What I ended up doing after some thought was cutting out a very small circle of white duct tape and placing it over the hole...

Cigarette Burn on Head!

I recently purchased a 12 inch Ludwig hand drum in mint condition! The only thing is, it has a cigarette burn about an eighth of an inch in diameter just above the logo. Damn! It's an older Weather...
