This was made by Hoshino (K) in Japan, late 70's early 80's. Not related to Tama. Not made for Rogers. The only tie Rogers had with Japanese stencils were the R-360 & R-380 made by Yamaha from 67-70....

This one is made by Hoshino (K). Not related to Star. The lugs are nicknamed Sharktooth. At different points in time the Tempo brand was made by Hoshino, Pearl, and Star. Hope this helps.
