Back in the day I played quite a few Rogers sets as well as setting them up.(hundreds of times)
On a pretty consistent basis the tom holder would slip into the bass drum,the BD spurs would allow...

Seraphines Rogers kit proceeds to fall apart.
And notice he doesn't use the tom holder ,but a snare stand.
Seen it up close and personal while...

Ebay selling Aluminum snare 14 inch die cast hoops cheap

Found two pairs of new ones out on Ebay for $70 bucks.
Looks like there's a company over in China selling direct.
Considering one is about $125 retail ,we're talking $500 bucks worth of hardware...

I doubt if it is metal.
