I could not resist this "18" table/project?. I paid only 30 $Au (which is less than a decent bottle of red). Not sure of the year, apart from the odd pair of sticks I have never owned Premier...

While you have them apart... check for any burring around the hole of the angle piece... run a round file around the inside of the hole. Burring there affects the bite... they will slip, especially...

My wife spent 3 months in hospital this year.. and 2 months in Hospital 2018, As seniors we did not receive a bill.. not even Ambulance fees,

Just buy some "Split Rivets" and use a metal washer on the inside to reinforce the hole. I'm sure you can buy them in brass, & you'll need only a screwdriver & tack hammer to do the job..

I'd say that it's not.... they were 3ply shells then , but if you unscrew a lug (or even better), the tone control you should get a look in ..
