Is it just me or, is there a lot less interest in Vintage drums in comparison to 4 or 5 years ago?
It seems that vintage drum sales have dwindled.

Hi Hobbs,

I think your kit is well worth your asking price. You should sell the kit without the snare drum and sell the snare drum separately. I'm sure you can get at least 500 for the snare...

I just picked up a Meazzi President not too long ago, Great looking kit with beautiful hardware. The lugs and bass drum tension rods with claws are different from yours...

I have a late 60's Pearl kit, (maybe a stencil kit since there are no badges), that I thought was fiberglass but, It's actually Phenolic resin.......the interior of the shell looks like...

The Hollywood President kit I own is from the early 60's, the bass drum claws and rods are all die-cast, not thin...

I agree with you totally.

I have several vintage Ludwig kits and these Meazzi drums have as much MOJO as the Ludwigs.

They are very nice with an elegant hardware design. As far as sound, they sound just as good as other high-end vintage drums.

(Just noticed that one of the bottom lugs of the floor tom is in another shape ...)

One lug was missing, I added a "pearl type" lug which has the same hole spacing as the original.

These drums...
