I don't think rails were made for certain drum sizes? not saying rails didn't change spacing thru the years, but what ever rail was current at the time , fit every thing.

I use a golf bag, just close the legs up, and drop them in, trick is to find one that does not have a bunch of bags on it.

as for dates I would think it nearly impossible for 3 different size drums to be completed on the exact same date, but then I know nothing about the assembly line, and i'm ready to be corrected.

GIGGING! I don't think so? you now have over 20 parts to lug, put together, tune up.
would also take up more room than the drum itself, drum in one piece ready to go suits me better.

hello Jim, I have a couple drums may suit you, both are club-date style, 16"x12" and a 14"x10" ( I've never seen a 13"x9"marching drum) the 16" can be had with wood hoops. any interest...

if the only problem with bass and high tom is fade, no way would I recover, floor tom is your problem, even if you patch it, it will still not match. I would be looking for floor that is closer...

I don't think so? those are in MM Ludwig does offer a large wing nut that will work, should be able to find at (drums on sale).

I agree with Dave, there is a difference in dia. you can cut them, and they will work for awhile, but will lose their holding because thread is not deep enough resulting in a loose fit. don't...
