I have exactly the same kit, and yes, they are phenolic, these drums sound fantastic , and are LOUD !!
Here is a video that I recorded with the drum. was recorded with the cell phone, so it does not...

I love two drum heads in these drums , a ambassador coated ( batter ) or cs dot ( batter )...

the monts in the floortons are LUDWIG "CLASSIC" MOUNT, the lugs are classic large lugs, the spurs are the classic curved” Bass Drum spurs, and the shells are classic...
