Thanks for the "Heads Up"..... You can actually (at least), double these aforementioned prices to buy a drumhead in OZ... and we are paying an average 25 BUCKS a pair for Vic Firth sticks,,,,...

I thought that too, and if that is the case (as a long time owner of a 51N). IMO the 16" is be a better blend with that kit than the original 18" would be.

12x8 mounted toms are my favourites. I have a Tama on my player kit at present & have previously owned Gretsch, & Pearl toms this size. I find them a very useful size in 3 or 4 piece kits for most...
