Yes it is. The buyer had zero feedback, and changed their mind. The drum is also relisted on ebay, but the price here is much better.

No, it is from the Nashville era Slingerland drums in the late 90's. Pat Foley did QC on these, so they are really fine drums.

I love the sound of Rogers Tower drums, but in that shape he is at least 66% too high on price, and I wouldn't trust him to be able to ship them properly without damage, since he can't even set them...
