1 17/32" is very close to 1 1/2".
I would start at Drumfactory and try to find 1 1/2" Center to Center hole space lugs.
File holes just a little bit to fit.
Perhaps they also have BD lugs at 3 3/8...

They are just standard Tube lugs in Brass.
I believe mine are 10" long.

I have some BD Lugs. Gold/Brass tube lugs. Not sure how long. Maybe 8" long. I think I have 12. Where are you located?

Do you need double sided tube lugs?
If so, how long.
If you are keeping it single tension, are you looking for the stabilizer brackets in the center of drum in pic?...

Not really a lug scenario.
Pic shows a single tension set up.

The strainer is the biggest problem.
It is missing some very important parts and 1 part is broken off.

Muffler is not correct and is hitting rim.

Clarification.
The snare in pic in my post is of a "Frost Crystallite" snare.
The normal smooth finish Fibes acrylic shells were called simply
"Crystallite."

You will need the metal piece that attaches to the shaft.
The metal piece has the felt riveted to it.
You will also need the nuts that attach the metal felt holder to the shaft.

Make sure that when snares wires are engaged, that they sit straight across the head. No curves in the wires.
Also when engaged, the spaces between the snare wire mounting plates and the "bearing...
